The Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) in collaboration with TBIS BITS Pilani Hyderabad, technology startup incubator T-Hub and Telangana government’s WE Hub has launched a ₹12.66 crore Challenge Fund to accelerate rural entrepreneurship. The emphasis, of the Fund backed by the Ministry of Rural Development, will be to promote women and youth-led enterprises at the grassroots level. It is structured to enable 300 women and young entrepreneurs through targeted institutional support, facilitating enterprise formalisation, capability enhancement and scalable growth.
