Four from Yadgir district have passed the examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) 2025, as the results were announced on Friday. The candidates who cleared the exam were Sandeep Badad, Nivedita Bhavimani, Basavaraj Jawali, and Chandrashekhar. Badad secured 82nd rank, while Bhavimani got 469th rank, Jawali 664th, and Chandrashekar secured 880th rank at the national level. Badad is from a family which runs a grocery shop in Yadgir city. He completed his engineering at Ambedkar Institute of Technology in Bengaluru and underwent coaching for the UPSC examination in Delhi. Bhavimani is a daughter of a retired government employee and Panchayat Development Officer. She completed her MBBS degree at Kempegowda Institute of Medical Science in Bengaluru and continued her study to prepare for the IAS examination. Jawali, a native of Shahapur city in the district, is a civil engineering graduate. Vishwanath, the father, and Girija, the mother, supported him to reach his goal. Chandrashekhar is a native of Channur village in Shahapur taluk. He completed computer engineering and succeeded in his third attempt.
