Zero Hunger: Mudradi Gram Panchayat has been ranked first in Karnataka under the theme ‘poverty-free and enhanced livelihoods panchayat’ for Deen Dayal Upadhyay Panchayat Satat Vikas Puraskar for 2025. | Photo Credit: SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT Union Ministry of Panchayati Raj has chosen five gram panchayats of Udupi district for the national Deen Dayal Upadhyay Panchayat Satat Vikas Puraskar for 2025. The panchayats are Mudradi, Vandse, Madamakki, Sanoor and Hakladi. They are among six gram panchayats selected in Karnataka for the award. The sixth panchayat selected for the purasakar in the State is Halanayakanahalli under Bengaluru Urban district.
