The Election Commission of India (ECI) has appointed the following Expenditure Observers for the 23 constituencies in Puducherry district to monitor and verify the accounts of day-to-day expenses/bank expenditure of contesting candidates in connection with the April 9 Assembly elections. The observers will be available at the designated timings at Hotel Surguru, 104, Sardar Vallabhai Patel Salai, Heritage Town. The observers are: Naresh G. Senthil Kumar (8925805242) for Mannadipet and Thirubhuvanai (SC), available from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.; P.M.
