Empowering women is the collective responsibility of society, as they are powerful agents of change, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said on Saturday. Addressing the ‘Bharati – Nari Se Narayani’ conference in the Capital, Ms. Gupta said women’s empowerment in India has progressed from ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ to ‘Beti Badhao’ (encourage girls).
