A 67-year-old resident of Ejipura in Vivek Nagar has allegedly been cheated of ₹6.39 lakh by unidentified fraudsters who lured him on the promise of high returns on the sale of antique coins and currency notes. The complainant, Ramakrishna Nayak, 67, stated that on April 6, while browsing Facebook, he came across a page under the name “Rahul Kumar Jindal”, which advertised lucrative offers for purchasing old coins at high prices.
