DXC Technology hires industry leader William Pieroni


Global technology services provider DXC Technology has appointed William Pieroni as Global Strategy and Growth Leader for Insurance Software & Business Process Services (BPS).

Pieroni holds more than 25 years of experience, having most recently served as CEO of ACORD, the global standards-setting body for the insurance industry, where he also established ACORD Solutions Group, focused on advancing data exchange and platform innovation across the insurance value chain.

Pieroni has also previously held senior executive roles at Marsh McLennan, Aon, State Farm, IBM, Accenture, and McKinsey & Company.

In his new role at DXC, he reportedly will be responsible for defining strategic priorities, guiding global growth initiatives, and strengthening the firm’s position as a “trusted partner” across the global insurance ecosystem.
