The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has directed Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation, Madurai, to strictly implement the G.O. issued by the Transport Department and Clause 9 of the settlement. The court made it clear that drivers and conductors who belong to trade unions affiliated to any ruling party should not be given any administrative work in the name of other duties.
