MANJUNATH The State government, which had announced its decision to award grades instead of marks for third language subjects, including Hindi, Kannada and others in the SSLC examination, has issued a draft notification on Friday and has invited objections. Accordingly, in the draft notification, grades A, B, and C will be awarded based on the marks obtained in third Language and National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) subjects. Those scoring between 80% and 100% will be awarded ‘Grade-A’, marks between 50% and 79% will be given ‘Grade-B’, and up to 49% ‘Grade-C’.
