Rao The single 25-MW hydel power unit at Donkarayi canal power house situated on the Andhra-Odisha border is teeming with activity as scores of engineers and workers are giving it a complete makeover after 13 years. This unit was commissioned in 1983 and is currently undergoing a capital overhaul and the last time a refit happened was in 2012.
