Revanna, former Minister and Holenarasipur MLA, shared the contents of the letter with the media in Hassan on Monday (April 13). In his letter, Mr. Gowda stated that the government acquired 1,057 acres and 24 guntas of land through the Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board for setting up an IIT. However, 100 acres of that land are being diverted to set up industries through a tender process. He requested the Minister to cancel the tender process and reserve the land for the IIT.
