DMK president and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin asserted on Saturday that the DMK-led alliance could secure victory in all 234 Assembly constituencies in Tamil Nadu, going by the enthusiastic public response.

Speaking to reporters at Iluppur in Pudukottai district, he said the public response had strengthened the alliance’s prospects. “Earlier, we aimed for 200 seats. Now, seeing the situation, particularly the energy of the people, we feel we can win all 234,” he said. Responding to a question on actors entering politics, Mr. Stalin said the DMK was not concerned about it. “No matter who comes, we are not worried. We are doing our work,” he said.
