BALACHANDAR BJP State president Nainar Nagendran on Saturday alleged that the DMK’s failure to uphold its promise of closing liquor shops had directly led to thousands of young lives being ruined across the State. Mr. Nagendran campaigned in support of the party’s Tiruppattur candidate, K.C. Thirumaran. After this, he campaigned in Muppaiyur for Karaikudi AMMK candidate Therbogai Pandi, in Kalaiarkovil for Sivaganga AIADMK candidate P.R. Senthilnathan, and in Manamadurai for BJP candidate Pon. Balaganapathy.
