Residential project in Ganapathy

TNCD , the real estate arm of the KG Group, has launched a premium residential project called ‘Grand City’ on Sathyamangalam Road at Ganapathy in Coimbatore city.

According to Sanjana Vijayakumar, co-founder of TNCD,the Ganapathy – Saravanampatti IT corridor is rapidly emerging as a major residential hub. The project features one, two, and three bedroom apartments designed to suit modern living needs. The project also includes electric vehicle charging facilities and smart home features.

The common facilities include children’s play area, gazebo seating, landscaped gardens, gym, and a party lawn.

Residential enclave coming up at Saravanampatti

Casagrand has launched Casagrand Ascentia in Coimbatore, a four-acre residential enclave in Saravanampatti. The basement, ground floor plus five storeyed residential community has two and three bedroom apartments ranging from 1,148 sq.ft to 2,010 sq.ft each.

Apart from 238 residential units, the project has 51 indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities. The community features 33,000 sq. ft. central park set within a tropical-themed landscaped environment that encourages outdoor interaction and community engagement. The residential enclave also has 2.2 acres of open space, a 3,800 sq. ft. swimming pool with aquatic features, and a 8,200 sq. ft. club house.
