In connection with the demise of Nithin Raj (23), a first-year BDS student of Ancharakandi Dental College, Kannur, on April 10, the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS) has constituted an enquiry committee to conduct an urgent preliminary investigation into the incident. The committee, led by Dr. Ajith Neelakantan, Governing Council Member, has been entrusted with examining the background and circumstances leading to the incident, including any academic, administrative, or institutional factors, and to carry out a comprehensive and objective enquiry, according to a press release issued by the KUHS.
