Cyclothon held in Puducherry to promote hygiene, fitness

Around 75 people, including medical students, interns, healthcare professionals and community members took part in a cyclothon organised by the Ayushman Arogya Mandir- Primary Health Centre, Ramanathapuram, Jipmer to promote physical fitness and cleanliness.

Jipmer in a release said the event was organised to promote cleanliness, hygiene and physical fitness in line with national initiatives, such as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and Fit India Movement. Jipmer has organised the event in collaboration with the Indian Public Health Association, Puducherry Chapter, the release said.
