Ramesh visited Home Guard Md Nayeemuddin, who was injured while on traffic duty, at a private hospital in Hitec City on Friday (December 2, 2025) and assured his family that the department would bear the entire cost of his treatment. The home guard, attached to the Madhapur traffic police station, sustained a fracture to his right leg after being hit by a car while on duty at Parvath Nagar in Jaihind Enclave on December 30. Police registered a case after the incident and took the car driver into custody. Further investigation is underway.
