Coimbatore Corporation has fixed the user fee structure for the newly constructed hockey ground at R.S. Puram. The facility, developed at a cost of ₹9.67 crore, has been laid over 6,500 square metres within the campus of the Corporation Higher Secondary School in Ward 72. The ground was inaugurated on December 30, 2025 by Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin.
