The minimum temperature in Delhi dipped to 13°C, 3.5 degrees below normal, as a chilly wind swept the city. The maximum temperature was 27.4°C, which is also 3.9 degrees lower than normal. Delhi had logged its coldest March day since March 8, 2020, when the mercury had dropped to 21.2°C.
