In a letter dated April 10 to Vineet Joshi, Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of India, Ms. Rajneesh flagged the “consistent lack of timely intimation” to the State government regarding meetings of the university’s executive council (EC), which, she said, effectively excluded her and the Principal Secretary (Higher Education) – both EC members – from participating in key decisions.
