Chief Minister M.K. Stalin to campaign in Coimbatore on April 2

Chief Minister M.K. Stalin will campaign in Coimbatore on April 2 for candidates contesting in the seven Assembly constituencies in the district, said V. Senthilbalaji, the DMK candidate for Coimbatore South.

Launching his campaign on Tuesday evening, he said he was familiar with Coimbatore as he had implemented several schemes of the government here in the last four years. “People have faith in the Chief Minister and the government. The AIADMK won seats in Coimbatore in 2021 with narrow margins. We only had to set it right. We did that for the local body elections and Parliamentary election and will win in the Assembly elections too,” he said.

Mr. Senthilbalaji said he will also participate in the campaign for other DMK candidates in the district.
