Poster of ‘Chand Mera Dil’ | Photo Credit: Dharma Productions The release date of Ananya Panday and Lakshya’s upcoming romantic-drama, Chand Mera Dil has been rescheduled. The film will now be released in theatres on April 10, the makers announced through a press release on Saturday, January 31, 2026. It was earlier set to come out on April 10. The film has been backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. It was announced last year in November with first look posters featuring Ananya and Lakshya. Chand Mera Dil is directed by Vivek Soni, known for making films like Meenakshi Sundareshwar (2021) and Aap Jaisa Koi (2024). More details from the romantic-drama are awaited. It marks the first collaboration between Ananya and Lakshya, who made his feature film debut with the Dharma Production backed, Kill in 2024. He was last seen in Aryan Khan’s web-series, The Ba***ds of Bollywood. Ananya made her feature film debut with Dharma Productions in 2019’s Student of the Year 2 and recently, her web series debut with Call Me Bae (2024) was backed by Dharmatic Entertainment, the digital arm of the banner.
