A court in Mangaluru has granted anticipatory bail to the chairman and members of Infinity Learning Foundation in Guruvayanakere in Belthangady taluk of Dakshina Kannada district in the case related to submitting a forged building fire security clearance certificate to the Education Department. The second Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mangaluru, V.N. Jagadeesh, on Thursday, granted anticipatory bail to Foundation’s president B. Sumanth Kumar Jain, and members B. Sahana Jain, Satish Kumar Jain, and Shubhalatha.
