Mr. Carney landed in Mumbai, where he is expected to address business leaders. The Canadian Prime Minister will be travelling to New Delhi and will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday (March 2). After attending several events in Mumbai, he will be leaving to New Delhi on Sunday (March 1, 2026). On Monday (March 2), Mr. Carney will meet External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Mr. Modi, and there will be exchange of MoUs. He will also address the India-Canada CEO Forum before returning to Canada.
