Buses connecting Ukkadam to places within and outside Coimbatore city have started using Terminal I that was developed under the Ukkadam Bus Stand redevelopment project. The newly-constructed facility, which was inaugurated on March 13, was not put into operation immediately due to pending water connection works for the reverse osmosis plant and restrooms.
