Doctors of Kauvery Hospital performed a brain surgery on a 59-year-old woman, who was bedridden for seven years, to remove a massive frontal tumour that occupied nearly half of the brain. According to a press release, the patient had undergone brain surgery following a haemorrhage seven years ago and had since been bedridden and dependent on tracheostomy support for breathing.
