A nine-year-old boy was reportedly attacked by a pack of dogs near Vagu Centre at One Town in Vijayawada on Tuesday. While there has been no official confirmation regarding the incident, a CCTV visual has been doing the rounds on social media platforms, which reportedly shows the boy, Rachakonda Rishi, his face and shirt soaked in blood, walking with his bicycle. According to sources, the boy was allegedly taken to the new Government General Hospital in the city. It may be recalled that the corporators had raised the issue of stray dog menace in the city multiple times in the council meetings.
