MURALI KUMAR The Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has announced the extension of metro services on select days in April to accommodate the surge in commuters during the upcoming IPL 2026 matches in the city. According to a release, the metro services will be extended on April 15 and April 24, when night matches are scheduled. On these days, last train services from all terminal stations will operate beyond the usual hours, running up to 2 a.m. in the early hours of the following day.
