The work here was monitored and fast tracked under PRAGATI (Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation) which is the Centre’s flagship digital platform for fast-tracking projects, schemes and grievance redressal through direct, real-time review by the Prime Minister in partnership with States and Union ministries. “AIIMS — Bibinagar, Guwahati and Jammu — have benefited from high-level monitoring, inter-agency coordination, and outcome-driven governance under PRAGATI,” said a senior Health Ministry official. “Physical progress, which stood at around 8.6% in 2022–23, jumped to 29% by September 2023 and further to 57% by the end of 2023–24, reflecting the impact of high-level, time-bound monitoring,” he added. Official added that AIIMS Bibinagar is designed as an integrated ecosystem for medical education, research and employment.
