The Women’s Welfare Association (WWA) of BHEL, Tiruchi, celebrated its 53rd annual day here on Friday. Asit K. Barma, Director of Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Tiruchi, underlined the importance of providing basic education to children and empowering women, describing them as the engines that drive the nation’s economic growth. He also stressed the need to undertake an impact study to assess the societal outcomes of WWA’s initiatives and assured BIM’s full support in carrying out such an evaluation. P. S.
