Bengaluru’s Major Arterial Road (MAR), a 10.76-km stretch passing through Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout (NPKL), is expected to be opened by the end of March as construction nears completion, said P. Manivannan, Bangalore Development Authority (BDA). These bottlenecks are the result of flaws in the initial design, for which the BDA is now exploring alternatives.
