Bandi Sanjay assures to construct permanent buildings for all Saraswati Shishu Mandir schools in Karimnagar Parliamentary constituency

Lauding the role of Saraswati Shishu Mandir Schools in shaping students into responsible citizens, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay said Shishu Mandir education embodies the blend of culture, science and sports.

He said that permanent buildings would be constructed for all Saraswati Shishu Mandir schools in Karimnagar Parliamentary Constituency.

Mr. Sanjay, an alumnus of Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Karimnagar, inaugurated a two-day sports event — ‘Khel Koodh’ at Saraswati Shishu Mandir English Medium High School in Karimnagar on Tuesday.

Around 750 students from various parts of north Telangana are participating in the sports competitions.

School development committee chairman Balmuri Karunakar Rao and secretary Kola Anna Reddy, among others were present.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Sanjay said that education today has been reduced to marks, ranks, salary packages and foreign opportunities under the impact of corporate education.

In contrast, Saraswati Shishu Mandirs are offering value-based education to carve out a bright future for students, driven by a mission rather than profit.

These institutions are playing a vital role in nation building and instilling patriotism among students, he remarked.
