Flagging off the rally near the Regional Transport Office, Collector R. Sukumar said every eligible voter enrolled in the voters’ list should exercise the franchise without fail to elect their candidate to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly. Seior citizens above the age of 85 and the physically challenged had been given postal ballots.
