Rini Alphonsa Joseph | Photo Credit: Special Arrangement Art Unfettered 2026, presented by the Sumanasa Foundation, will be held on April 12 and 13 at the M.S. Subbulakshmi Auditorium, Asian College of Journalism, Chennai. The two-day event marks the culmination of its Grants Project 2025–26 – showcasing five grantees whose practices span across theatre, visual art, music and interdisciplinary explorations. The grantees are: Nicky Chandam, a story-seeker exploring narratives through photography, writing and oral storytelling. As the founder of Octave Foundation, she advocates for accessible mental health services while celebrating cultural diversity.
