Adima Kala Trust of Udupi has chosen Ravindra Korisettar, an archaeologist and adjunct professor at the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bengaluru, for its first Adima Kala Ratna award.

The award, which carries ₹25,000 as prize money and a certificate, will be presented to him at a function at MGM College in Udupi on March 1 at 10 a.m.
