Arasinamakki in Belthangady taluk recorded the highest rainfall in the Dakshina Kannada district on Monday. | Photo Credit: File Photo Arasinamakki in Belthangady taluk recorded 26 mm rainfall in 24 hours ending at 8.30 a.m. on Monday, according to the Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC). It recorded the highest rainfall in the Dakshina Kannada district. Balpa, Sullia taluk, recorded 20.5 mm rainfall, Noojibalthila, Puttur taluk, recorded 15.5 mm rainfall, and Renjala and Nadpalu, Karkala taluk, Udupi district, recorded 15 mm and 11 mm rainfall, respectively, during the period, KSNDMC said.
