The Eco-Voice Trust conducted an anti-plastic awareness programme at the Siriyur Mariamman Temple with the help of the Forest Department at the Mudumalai Tiger Reserve (MTR) recently. “The temple is located in the buffer zone of MTR and it is an important elephant movement path from Sathyamangalam to Mudumalai forest. Therefore, a plastic awareness programme was conducted by the trust for the public visiting the temple,” S. Manigandan, Founder of Eco-Voice Trust said.
