Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, pictured above [File] | Photo Credit: REUTERS Amazon has announced that it will stop supporting its Kindle e-reader devices released in 2012 and before, as users scrambled to figure out how their hardware and virtual libraries would be affected by the tech company’s policy. According to Amazon, e-reader owners with affected devices will not be able to carry out most major reading and shopping activities via their Kindle after May 20, 2026, which is when their support will end.
