T. Nishanth achieved a significant milestone by securing the 821st rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination in his first attempt. | Photo Credit: Special Arrangement An alumnus of Vedavalli Vidyalaya in Ranipet was honoured by the school for clearing the UPSC All India Civil Services Exam 2025. According to a press release, T. Nishanth, an alumnus, Vedavalli Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School, achieved a significant milestone by securing the 821st rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination in his first attempt. To honor his achievement, a felicitation ceremony was held at the school, where Booma Parthasarathy, Founder Trustee of The Akshaya Vidya Trust, presented him with a certificate of appreciation and a memento. Mr. Nishanth was a native of Timiri near Arcot town in Ranipet. He studied at Vedavalli Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School in Walajapet. After completing his 12th standard in 2018, he cleared the NEET examination the same year and pursued medicine at Madras Medical College (MMC) in Chennai. On the occasion, headmistress M. Lakshmi and senior principal Bhanu were present, the release said.
