An integrated police control room with Artificial Intelligence (AI) empowered traffic monitoring mechanism was inaugurated at the Office of Superintendent of Police here on Saturday (March 14, 2026). The integrated monitoring control room is powered by 20 ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition Cameras) and 13 CCTV cameras set up in critical junctions. A total of 33 cameras have been set up on NH-44, NH-77, NH-844, NH-48, and NH-648.
