Advocate stabbed to death in Attapur

An advocate was stabbed to death by unidentified assailants at his office in Attapur on Saturday.

The victim has been identified as Mohammed Khadeer. According to an officer from the Attapur Police Station, Kadeer was ambushed and attacked with knives at his office in Suleman Nagar. “The assailants fled the scene after allegedly ensuring he had succumbed to his injuries,” said the officer.

Police rushed to the spot and began an investigation. Preliminary enquiries suggest that the murder may have stemmed from family rivalry. The Attapur police has formed special teams to apprehend the accused, and CCTV footage from the surrounding areas is being accessed for clues.
