The Tirunelveli-Mettupalayam-Tirunelveli specials (No. 06097/ 06098) will depart at 11.45 a.m. on January 12 and reach Mettupalayam at 7.40 a.m. the following day. In the return direction, the train will depart at 7.45 p.m. on January 13 and reach the destination at 4.45 a.m. the following day. The train will have one AC two-tier coach, two AC three-tier coaches, nine sleeper class coaches, four general second class coaches, and two Digvijyan-friendly second class coaches. The Podanur-Sengottai-Podanur special trains (No. 06115/06116) will depart at 11.30 a.m. on January 14 and reach Sengottai at 11.30 a.m. the following day. In the return direction, the special train will depart at 8.45 p.m. at Sengottai and reach the destination at 7.30 p.m. the following day. The train will have seven AC three-tier coaches, four AC three-tier economy coaches, seven sleeper class coaches and two luggage-cum brake vans.
