ADRM inspects Visakhapatnam Express Trains

Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM)–Operations K. Rama Rao conducted a surprise inspection of Visakhapatnam-originating Express trains on Sunday (February 22, 2026), focusing on the linen, cleanliness, and the behaviour of the onboard housekeeping staff.

The ADRM interacted with the staff, and advised them to provide clean linen, speak politely, and respond promptly to any complaints by the passengers to ensure their journey is comfortable and memorable, according to a statement issued by K. Pavan Kumar, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Waltair.

Further, the ADRM held counselling session for OBHS staff, supervisors, and health inspectors following the inspection at Visakhapatnam railway station. The session focused on behavioural approach towards passengers and strategies to enhance service standards.
