Police Headquarters in Mangalagiri on Monday (March 16, 2026). The DGP garlanded the portrait on the occasion of the 125thbirth anniversary of the leader and recalled his sacrifice for achieving separate Andhra Pradesh. Mr. Harish Kumar Gupta said Potti Sriramulu who observed fast unto death for 58 days for separate State, would be in the hearts of the people forever. Police Commissioner S.V. Rajashekar Babu paid floral tributes to Amarajeevi Potti Sriramulu at the Police Commissionerate in Vijayawada. In Machilipatnam, Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) V.V. Naidu, along with others, garlanded the portrait of Potti Sriramulu at the district police headquarters in Krishna district.
