Brigade Group has announced acquisition of 5.72 acre in Hyderabad’s Osman Nagar at a price of ₹44 crore per acre in an auction conducted recently by Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC). The company plans to develop a residential project. The acquisition is a pivotal step in its broader strategy to deepen roots in Hyderabad and further portfolio expansion, Brigade said in a release on Tuesday (April 28, 2026).
