Congress MP Mallu Ravi at a press conference at Gandhi Bhavan on Sunday. The political war of words intensified in Telangana on Sunday, with Congress MP Mallu Ravi strongly countering remarks made by Telangana Rashtra Sena (TRS) chief K. Kavitha against Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy. Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan, Mr. Ravi condemned Ms. Kavitha’s comments describing the Chief Minister as ‘karkotaka’ and alleging that a “Hitler-style rule” was prevailing in the State. “We strongly denounce these remarks. When a Ram Rajya is being established in Telangana, how can she term it as Hitler’s rule?” he asked.
