Located within a 15–20 km radius of the new airport, these planned growth centres are being envisioned as “Mumbai 3.0”, a next-generation urban cluster aimed at fuelling future growth. The impact is already visible in the real estate sector, with developers accelerating project possessions and launching new residential and mixed-use developments to tap into rising demand.
