Thakur, IPS officers Ravi Shankar Ayyanar (Director General of CID), P.V. Sunil Kumar, P.S.R. Anjaneyulu and K. Raghurami Reddy, retired additional SP (CID) R. Vijay Paul, retired chief accounts officer in the DGP office C. Govinda Rajan, ACB additional SP S. Sai Krishna, ex-CPRO to CM Pudi Srihari, and to the State of Andhra Pradesh represented by its Chief Secretary under Section 80 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The notices are for damages amounting to ₹1 crore, compensation for malicious prosecution, unlawful suspension, fabrication of official records, defamation, and violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution.
