RAO Members of the Bezawada Bar Association (BBA) launched a relay hunger strike in front of the City Civil Courts Complex in in Vijayawada on Friday, demanding proper maintenance of lifts in the courts complex. After the incident of six advocates being stuck in a lift on the seventh floor of the City Civil Courts Complex for about an hour on Thursday, the advocates abstained from duties and launched the relay hunger strike.
