A coordination meeting involving multiple departments and community stakeholders was organised at Jubilee Hills ahead of Bakrid. | Photo Credit: By Arrangement In preparation for the upcoming Bakrid festival, a high-level coordination meeting involving multiple departments and community stakeholders was organised at the Madhura Nagar Community Hall in the Jubilee Hills zone on Wednesday (April 22). Chaired by Deputy Commissioner of Police A. Ramana Reddy, the meeting brought together officials from the police, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Animal Husbandry, Veterinary and Transport departments, along with cattle transporters, members of the Qureshi community and beef shop owners. Around 200 participants attended the session aimed at ensuring smooth and peaceful celebrations.
